Koi IT Consulting services the greater Seattle area as the primary service area. Service call rates depend on location and scope of the job. We are willing to travel to any location and work a conventional work day or after hours.  We try to minimize the cost of travel to the customer.  Basic guide lines are I-5 corridor from Everett to Federal Way is thirty five dollars. Outside the Primary service area we charge mileage plus travel fees.

Prolonged and emergency site calls will be billed accordingly, all trip charges will be discussed prior to service.
